Rum Freeman has been working on the Silent Storm exhibition for the past year. Depicting topics of mental health and suicide, it is inspired by the painting Ophelia by Sir John Everett Millais,  as well as modern pop culture.

This year Rum began a thriving partnership with leading UK mental health charity  SANE, after they reviewed her work as "arresting and thought-provoking, reflecting on a very serious subject".
