Whether working on a role and diving into dark places or facing constant rejection during audition processes, I noticed there was a lot of excess emotion boiling inside of me that turned into panic attacks. Finding a way to channel this in a healthy way, especially in a form that was still creative but wasn’t my main aspiration in life, was the most freeing experience of all. Suddenly I became the one with control as opposed to a powerless puppet dependant on someone else's decision
